Two River Lapwings seen on an area of bare soil on the Four Arms Plain just outside of Phnom Penh at 06:00 today (28 June 2012) by Simon Mahood, Tom Evans and Colin Poole.
This is probably the second Cambodian record from outside of the breeding area (Mekong north of Kratie).
