went out for a short visit. Not an awful lot of birdlife around and the rain has not been enough to re-invigorate the swamp area so no waders seen.
few blue-tailed and green bee-eaters.
did see a pair/possibly 3 mongoose - plain brown in colour but species unknown on the track tothe rubbish pile.
